Frankie's on 2nd: Cozy Leechburg Eatery Serving Hearty Breakfast & Friendly Service

I don’t know why this place isn’t busier? Steeler game maybe? We had a great breakfast, I had an omelet made my with cheddar and feta cheese with a side of ham, potatoes and Italian toast. Couldn’t eat it all! Server was good and the place is clean and well maintained. Even the restroom was spotless and big enough for wheelchair use if needed. It was decorated for Christmas and had a nice fireplace. Frankie’s is only a few minutes from all the busy traffic from 66 and 356, and right down the street from Sprankles Market. Give it a try!

The service is outstanding as well; everyone is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience. Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite or enjoying a relaxed meal with friends, Frankie’s never disappoints. Clean, cozy, and full of charm — easily one of the best spots in town. This is my boyfriend and I’s second time here !! Everything is always so so delicious. The service is always on point too!! We highly recommend the banana foster waffle.

Absolutely fantastic local restaurant. Frankie’s knows what they’re doing. I’ve been a regular customer for years, zero negativity. Breakfast is a winning choice here, though all of their food is satiating. My recommendation would be the country omelet, but yinz can’t forget to bring your stretchy pants, trust me. If you get there early, you basically eliminate any wait time, it’s truly great. Their service is much above expectations, and their staff is always so polite and chatty. The atmosphere is welcoming and bright. They have plenty of table and booth options available . There are even some premium booths by the window that are an absolute delight to enjoy a meal at. If you’re a local, in the surrounding area, or just passing through, don’t pass up an opportunity to visit. Quite Frankly, they’re the best around for what they offer.

Saw this place had a high rating, and it was down the road so I decided to give it a try. The breakfast menu had lots of options, most under 10. The sausage gravy biscuits, eggs and bacon were all excellent. The eggs were some of the best I've had. Bacon was nice and crispy. The biscuits seemed homemade. Friendly, excellent service.

Delicious food and great service. We recommend the chicken and waffles and egg Benedict. Both very tasty.

The Benedict with the salmon is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is delicious and the waitresses are so nice. This was our first visit and we will be back.
